Options
There are three ways to register for FOCUS 2002 - select the option
that works best for you! If you register before April 26 the cost
is $30 - after that date the cost is $35. There are additional
costs if you choose to join us for lunch and/or dinner. We
are offering group discounts, full-time student discounts and
financial assistance to those who qualify and register prior to
April 26th. For details, please call the Young Adult Ministry
Office at 312.466.9473.
Option One
You may register for FOCUS 2002 online (if paying by credit card)
by visiting our secure online
registration page. If you choose this option, you will incur
a nominal processing fee (3.5% + $ 0.50). Thank you!
Due to technical concerns, Wed., May
8 is the last day to register on-line. After May 8, please use
option two or three below.
Option Two
You may print out this page, fill it out, and fax it along with
your credit card information to: Young Adult Ministry, 312.466.
9474. We can process your faxed registration
form as long as it is in our office by noon on Friday, May 10.
After that, please use option three below.
Option Three
Please join us at Dominican University
on Saturday, May 11. Day-of Registration begins at 9:30 AM in
Lewis Hall (signs will be posted). The earlier you
come, the more likely it is you will receive your first choice
of workshops. A limited number of meals will be available. Completing
the form below and bringing it with you to the registration desk
will speed up the process!

Because we pay expenses in advance, we cannot refund the registration
