True Colors- That's why God Loves You
Having a hard time discovering and accepting all the goodness that God sees in you? Why are we hardest on ourselves? This workshop will present ways to explore our strengths and talents. Time will be given for self-exploration and group sharing.

Ms. Donna Dhein is a LCPC with a private practice in Downers Grove, IL. She holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Benedictine University. She has over twenty years experience with engaged and married couples, as well as training in spiritual direction.

Finding who We are in a Mixed Up World
In the midst of a demanding society, what defines us and why we are here? How do we remember who we are in an environment that is often hostile to faith? Brian, accompanied by his band will use songs to offer encouragement to all who seek to find our true selves on this journey of life.

Mr. Brian Fife is a singer/song writer and a native of Chicago who has been writing and performing his unique blend of piano-based folk-pop for over 10 years. Change and growth, both musically and spiritually, led to the creation of Brian's first full-length recording Strength of Soul.

When your family roots are in a different land, navigating a new path can be difficult. How do you maintain your family's culture while developing your own sense of self here in the United States? Come for good conversation and some practical skills.

Fr. Gary Graf is pastor at Holy Family Parish in Waukegan. Ordained in 1984, he has served as associate pastor at Maternity BVM Parish in Chicago and on the pastoral team at the Mission of St. James the Apostle in Quechultenango, Mexico.

Grieving is a process that occurs with the death of a loved one, a relationship ending, the loss of a job, or even a move. Rather than weakness, grief is a sign of love or attachment to an idea, a person or a dream. Learn ways to identify and work through grief while adjusting to loss.

Ms. Barbara Jarvis, M.A., L.C.P.C is a licensed clinical professional counselor at Samaritan Interfaith Counseling Center in Naperville. She has a master's in Counseling Psychology and is a member of the National Association of Catholic Family Life Ministers.

This inspirational session will help you add up the hurdles that you've eclipsed, and laugh at the silly reasons you use to keep yourself back. Join Sporty as he shares his "Acronyms for Success" for helping you develop lasting stress release.

Mr. Sporty King has a feature spot every Saturday morning on Channel 9's Minority Business Report. He is an 18 year veteran of the Wall Street Journal, where he began as a messenger, and "retired" after 6 years as Midwest Region Classified Advertising Sales Manager.

Building Healthy Minds
This workshop will present ideas and techniques for parenting. Participants will be introduced to the idea of "floor time," where parents playfully relate to children on her or his turf level. Join Barb to learn more about children's intelligence and emotional growth.

Ms. Barb Maier is the coordinator of Prevention Education Network (PEN), a coalition of service agencies and parents and the statewide coordinator of "Visions for Tomorrow", a psycho-educational parenting program. She has a master's in Marriage and Family Counseling.

People who live with integrity are free - not necessarily wealthy, healthy, happily married, or working at their dream job - but free. Let's explore the fascinating relationships between integrity and freedom and take a good look at the lives of people who have cultivated this virtue.

Dr. Terry Nelson-Johnson is the Director of Faith Formation at Old St. Patrick's Church. Previously, he worked at Loyola Academy where he directed retreats, coordinated the service program, and taught social justice. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake.
