March 15. Mercy Home's annual Shamrocks for Kids campaign at the Irish parade!
Mercy Home provides a home for children who are abused, neglected, abandoned and have nowhere else to go. We are seeking volunteers for approximately 3 hours during either of the city's St. Patrick's Day parades. Volunteers will request donations and hand out shamrock pins to parade-goers. All proceeds directly benefit Mercy Home's youth. Bring some friends along—volunteering is even more fun with a group. To sign up or get more information, please contact Julie Tausch at jultau@mercyhome.org or 312-738-9245. We’re grateful for your support!
