Mr. David Ryan

Mr. David Ryan is president of Gray Matters, Ltd., a consulting firm that helps services companies accelerate and optimize their revenue/business development operations. He is a former IBMer, and directed the 150th anniversary celebration for the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Week #2 - July 22

Recognizing God in Everyday Events:
Is There More There Than Meets the Eye?
Fr. John Cusick

Fr. John Cusick is the director of Young Adult Ministry for the Archdiocese of Chicago and associate pastor at Old St. Patrick’s Church. Ordained in 1970, he was a member of the faculty of Niles College Seminary, and spent 7 years as associate pastor at Mary Seat of Wisdom parish.

The Challenge of Jesus: Is He the One or Should We Look for Another?
Fr. Patrick Brennan
Fr. Patrick Brennan, pastor of Holy Family Parish in Inverness, is the President of the National Center for Evangelization and Parish Renewal. A practicing psychotherapist, he is completing a doctorate in psychology and the author of 12 books on spirituality, psychology, and church renewal.

Why Bother with the Church – Especially the Catholic Church?
Ms. Kate DeVries

Ms. Kate DeVries is the associate director of Young Adult Ministry for the Arch. of Chicago. She holds masters degrees in divinity and special education, and is now working toward her doctorate in ministry. Previously, Kate taught high school and jr. high students with behavior disorders.
