Hurricane Relief - Ways to Help

Fr. John Cusick has spoken personally with Bishop Thomas Rodi of Biloxi, Mississippi and met with Fr. Gillespie, Pastor of St. Clare Parish. The destruction at St. Clare is almost beyond description. The church, parish center, school, convent and rectory were all demolished. What remains is a great deal of debris, and several concrete slabs. Visit Diocese of Biloxi website

However, through generous contributions from people throughout the country, the parish continues to hold Mass in tents, and has re-opened the school in temporary huts.

We are now working with members of Old St. Patrick's Church to coordinate volunteers to visit St. Clare, and assist however possible.
